I wish to start with a FANTASTIC interview by a medical Dr who was instrumental in implementing ‘mindfulness’ (i.e meditation practise) into Monash Uni for Medical Students .. As some of you may know, I have taught meditation to Med students at Adelaide Uni, and at Flinders to students going through SVOTVAC, because I am very passionate about the profound gifts of breath and posture awareness in dealing with stress, and for harnessing our full potential, intellectually, creatively, physically, emotionally, spiritually .. Dealing effectively with stress is such a vital skill-set for a well functioning life in all arenas: relationships with friends, family, work colleagues and most of all with OURSELVES…

Hear what this Dr has to say, it is a great talk about EXACTLY what you will learn, or deepen into more and more, in every one of my kundalini yoga classes … because I will always make this a central focus .. awareness is everything … coupled with breath /breath awareness which holds the absolute key to your life being the most amazing it can be! Self healing starts here. This is a scientific fact.

This SUNDAY 21st of September 4 pm Kundalini yoga class is now going to be held at the Adelaide Botanical Gardens, not the beach.

(I will hold a beach class again, but early in the morning, when we are more likely to have the beach to ourselves, and the sun is less intense).

How to find us:
Enter through Plane Tree Drive. Park near the Friend’s Gate, and you will find us in the grasslands opposite (near the zoo).
Please bring your own mat, towel or perhaps experience yoga directly on the earth. Bring water, blanket etc. as usual…

Sunday the 21st also happens to also be:
WORLD PEACE DAY!!! So I will include a peace meditation-consciousness in this session!
