✨ The Chakra Series is opening again ✨ I shared mo ✨ The Chakra Series is opening again ✨ I shared more in my latest newsletter about this beautiful journey through the 7 main energy centres — not as abstract ideas, but as living parts of who we are. Each chakra opens a doorway into deeper self-awareness, healing, embodiment and inner power. We begin with the Earth / Base Chakra, the foundation of everything. When our inner earth is steady, we feel more grounded, safe, clear and present — less pulled into fear, stress, comparison or overwhelm. Through Kundalini Yoga, breath, movement, mantra, mudra, meditation, journaling, essential oils, sound and deep contemplation, we explore each centre with care, depth and practical self-awareness. This series supports you to reconnect with: 🤍 inner safety 🤍 groundedness 🤍 emotional balance 🤍 confidence 🤍 creativity 🤍 self-expression 🤍 intuition 🤍 heart connection 🤍 clarity 🤍 your true self You do not have to be perfect, experienced or “ready”. Just come as you are. Current class times: Wednesday 9:30am Wednesday 6:30pm Sunday 4:00pm Sunday 6:30pm Zoom: Tuesday nights ✨ Booking link is in my bio. ✨ Read the latest newsletter for the full Chakra Series summary. Imagine walking into a café and repeatedly saying: Imagine walking into a café and repeatedly saying: “I don’t want to feel tired anymore.” The barista asks, “Okay… but what DO you want?” But you keep focusing only on what you don’t want. “I don’t want to wake at 3am.” “I don’t want my mind to race.” “I don’t want another bad night.” “I don’t want to feel exhausted tomorrow.” “I don’t want to feel wired, sensitive or overwhelmed.” And slowly, without realising it, fear becomes the language your nervous system hears most. Not because sleep is magic. Not because one negative thought creates a bad night. But because your brain, body, breath, hormones, emotions and choices begin to organise around the patterns you rehearse every day. This is what I see so often with sleep. People try so hard to fix the problem that the body starts associating sleep with pressure. And somewhere in between the worry, effort and exhaustion, we stop asking: ✨ What DO I want? Calm? Energy? Trust in my body? A peaceful evening rhythm? A regulated nervous system? A kinder relationship with rest? Sleep is not just physical. It is biological, emotional, behavioural and subconscious. It is your light exposure. Your boundaries. Your breath. Your mindset. Your choices. Your nervous system. Your subconscious patterns. Your micro-neuro habits. This is the work I teach through my 9 Pillars Sleep Method and Your Sleep Advantage for Leaders, blending sleep science with NLP, hypnosis, breathwork, relaxation, nervous system regulation and practical habit change. Maybe tonight, instead of saying: “I don’t want another bad night…” ask: “What would help me feel safe enough to rest?” That one question is a beautiful place to begin. 🤍 Join me for my community sleep talk at the end of June. Deeply blissful to share this… The only way thro Deeply blissful to share this… The only way through this time of transformation, revelation, change and this means aspects will drop away ( die) while others are renewed or birthed within us all- is through connection with our true selves, the inner knowing, inner wisdom, inner stillness, inner joy. Moving through these changes is an art form that the ancients have understood well. #womensyoga #mediation #intuition #gutbrainaxis #breathwork

✨ From Science to Stillness — A Dream Collaboratio ✨ From Science to Stillness — A Dream Collaboration Begins ✨ October marked something truly special… my visit to the breathtaking Ecopia Retreat on Kangaroo Island — an off-grid, 5-star eco-sanctuary where nature, architecture, and pure tranquillity breathe as one. 🌿 Here, in conversation with visionary co-owner Yael, we began co-creating a Sleep Wellness Experience that weaves science, serenity, and soul into the very fabric of the stay. Imagine guests arriving not just to rest — but to renew, through light, breath, rhythm and restorative sleep rituals guided by my evidence-based 9 Pillar Sleep Method. The stone villas, hand-crafted from rammed earth, whisper peace. The wilderness hums with circadian harmony. Every element — from filtered rainwater to solar power — reflects what true rest feels like when nature and neuroscience hold hands. 🌙 And then — the magic of capturing it all. ✨ Thank you, Amy Springhall from The Visibility Project, for seeing the essence so clearly through your lens and words. Our photo shoot and interview became less about content creation and more about storytelling — a shared vision of what Sleep Tourism can become when it honours both luxury and sustainability. To Yael, thank you for your gracious spirit, your curiosity, and your beautiful alignment with the deeper purpose behind rest: restoration, connection, and awakening to life’s quiet intelligence. This is just the beginning — the Ecopia x Sabine Christelli Sleep Collaboration — where rest becomes art, science becomes sanctuary, and luxury becomes consciousness. Stay tuned for the next chapter — something wondrous is being born under the southern stars. 🌌 #SleepScience #EcopiaRetreat #SabineChristelli #LuxurySleepExperience #SleepWellness #EcoLuxury #KangarooIsland #HolisticSleep #TheVisibilityProject #ConsciousTravel #SleepTourism #SustainableLuxury #YourSleepAdvantage
Mini summary - part 3 - our recent yogic months. Mini summary - part 3 - our recent yogic months. There have been tears of joy and tears of release ... each so very precious and beautiful. It is so divine to be real, vulnerable and present with all and to feel this community growing and nourishing each other, each class. We share resources, stories, inspirations. We realise the gift of each other and our unique precious contribution by just existing, just being ... and most of all be choosing to release layers that keep us restricted, small, in self-doubt! These integrations happen through gradual embodiment, the freedom in breath, movement and relaxation .. the freedom and openness to delve deep within and remember our truth, our essence, what gives us meaning, joy and leads to playfulness. We can embody gracefully as we are our own healers- nobody outside of us can remove what is ours to honour, own and want to transform. Our own transformation is the gift. We self-realise in safety and absolute unconditional love. This was and is always my intention and such intentions really do make a difference for us all. Our journeys are unique and deeply precious. Each woman has her own divine beauty and journey and most of all divine time in realising and embodying it fully. There is no rush, only spacious presence and softness to let go and fall into herself - in true recognition & her unconditional love for herself. I feel this is the greatest gift we can give ourselves (nobody else can give this to us - someone can only reciprocate what we receive from ourselves initially) -- additionally we then are offering the greatest gift to our loved ones, children, future generations, the world. As we embrace true self care and self love - the entire world benefits from a sublime ripple or butterfly effect. There are many analogies: the domino effect, the 100th monkey effect and many more! I am so happy and fulfilled being a small part of this for these divine human beings and for us to cherish this purity, unconditional love & grace together between us and within us. Talk about happy reflections! Thank you all so so so infinitely much!!! And yes, we now completed the incredible ten-week series on the sublime "
Mini summary - part 2- We have had mothers & daugh Mini summary - part 2- We have had mothers & daughters enjoying yoga together, entire families of 3 generations and mothers & sons, and last but not least husband & wife (couples) connecting through yoga together as a couple! We have enjoyed the full chakra series which was an 8 week potent series of deep soulful integration into the resources & gifts that we have within us and what we can be conscious of and tap into, from within. We understand the polarity and neutral union of these more deeply. We embrace our unique differences more freely! It has been such bliss, honestly! Just sitting together in our yogic sanctuary among nature, shielded from the elements, is just something unique and nourishing in itself. We need nature more than ever. Let's keep connecting inward while receiving from her. And yes, I have sat in this studio with my children, husband and our new adopted cat Aspen (I call her Boochi & Sita Rama!). Pure healing sound (specific music), scent (pure essential oils, purest incense), sunlight and candle light ... bliss .. and presence of unconditional love pours through the space & all of us. Thank you all for this privilege of holding space, witnessing, teaching, sharing and all of us renewing & refreshing together naturally with ease, grace & flow. ☺️✨💛
A mini summary - part 1 - of the recent few yogic A mini summary - part 1 - of the recent few yogic months here in Adelaide ... bliss ... 💛 Firstly I am deeply grateful for all of you divine women who join us regularly or when you can & could! It is true joy to share this cosy, sacred and inward journey with you all!!!! 🙌😊✨🙏 We've travelled through such depth of awareness, breathing to be free and in self-union. Relaxing and shedding the stress we borrowed or thought were ours to own and cling to. Faces lit up, cheeks got rosy and eyes shimmered with a fresh spark after class, after she had connected with herself. So many stories shared after class, basking in the space, among candles, essential oils and the sounds of all the wildlife around us. Wrapped in blankets during deep relaxation (with the symphonic healing gong, and/or the Quartz Crystal Lyre and many other sound healing instruments, everyone looks so serene and refreshed. I love what unfolds when we get together for deep self care and self love. At the start we set intentions, and go deep into this ... at the end we send out unconditional love - with our cup full, and our path more clear and our being aligned and present to the infinite now.
The human potential within us all is immense, and The human potential within us all is immense, and some of us make this our greatest joy and passion, while others – equally as relevant want to just experience things as they are, with no inclination towards further deep dives into the nature of your perceived reality and what could be beyond it all. Everyone’s experience is equally as valid as another’s. Quantum meets yogic wisdom, meets you and only your divine full truth, which reveals itself and changes in layers or cycles, or waves, depending on what seems like innumerable influences or factors. Who could ever have predicted this? I love my inner world, exploration, earth & its nature as divinity & a mirror and teacher of the temporary nature of things and the way of being and present, receptive, transparent, detached and taking one step at a time in a particularly seeming fast moving world. It is all included and yet still just a mere small facet of the vastness of reality – much of which we don’t consciously perceive (yet). In class I love to remind all - both in obvious ways and in deep relaxation states - (going into the subconscious) that everyone has all they need within them … to nurture it and recognise and honour and be open to it more. It is powerful to truly love yourself from within, as you want to receive it from another – and more. Your entire biology perceives the self-care and unconditional love you have for yourself, and this creates instant alignment with a vibrant reality for you – of joy, acceptance, grace and a sense of playful adventuring while staying in integrity and soul alignment. This is what I hold space for – ever since I can barely recall … and ancient kundalini meditations, breathing, kriyas sustain & support us to open us up to our own inner bliss, and prepare us for deeper meditation and hence access to the wisdom within – beyond words - which transcend all intellectual efforts or straining. Excuse my ruminating … I am inviting you, if you resonate, to join our series of Spring Detox … a sublime series I created for those who are ready. Huge joy!!! Sabine
Trust your body, your intuition, your gut awarenes Trust your body, your intuition, your gut awareness more. The rewards are more than worth it. Fulfilment. Inner trust. No more projecting woundedness upon others or the world. There is no external guru … we are all walking each other into realisations if we have the eyes to see and the ears to hear (and senses activated & in trust to feel) … you are the one – as part of the oneness – we are all interconnected and create waves of impact upon one another. Life is, in my view about honouring your unique journey, your experiences and programmes and perspectives. Loving the gifts, learnings and power you have. Knowing you are free to change anytime. If you are wanting to release limitations (beliefs that no longer serve you, or experiences that are stuck within you and keeping you in repeat cycles that you are no longer into), then you can choose your transformation via intention & dedication (commitment) and flow with your open receptivity and ability to feel and allow & welcome this consciously, in your preferred way, aligned with your timing and journey. In class we always set intention – very specifically – for it makes a huge different to the class and to our lives overall if we have intent, clarity and able to select our preferences vs focus on what we don’t want! We visualise and FEEL this as already fulfilled and spend time in all that this brings … then we have gratitude and tap into our fullest worthiness and receptivity – this makes a huge difference! I could write a book, but that is just so much weaker than offering you the direct experience in classes or private sessions. There is an aspect of alignment (knowing what is of highest value to you) and paradoxically a surrender and trust and knowing of divine timing also. I love living this way – it keeps me happy, mostly relaxed regardless of what is transpiring in the world around us. The human potential within us all is immense, and some of us make this our greatest joy and passion, while others – equally as relevant want to just experience things as they are, with no inclination towards further deep dives into the nature of your perceived reality and what could be beyond it all. TBC in the next post!
Imagine .... "Imagine this… you slip into bed ton Imagine .... "Imagine this… you slip into bed tonight, feeling calm, unhurried, and safe. Your whole body softens and melts into the mattress. Each muscle unwinds, your breath becomes slow and easy, and your mind feels light and clear. You drift into a deep, nourishing sleep that carries you through the night like a gentle wave. Morning comes, and you open your eyes to soft light. You feel restored, your body refreshed, your mind clear. As you stretch with joy, there’s a quiet excitement for the day ahead… you feel ready for your life, fully present, fully alive." I am sure you have heard the adage: "Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s your body’s most powerful healing and performance tool." Sleep is the foundation of health — more powerful than diet and exercise when it comes to longevity, mood, and brain performance. Quality sleep supports: 🔥Hormone regulation (including stress, appetite, and reproductive hormones) 🔥Memory, creativity, learning, and problem-solving 🔥Emotional resilience and mood balance Immune system strength and recovery from illness Without it, we see increased risks of: 😬Heart disease, diabetes, obesity, depression, anxiety, workplace accidents, mistakes in general, and reduced productivity 💫So what are my main barriers to good, deep, rejuvenating sleep, I hear you ask ... Here are just a few (and everyone is unique): 😮Social jetlag — the mismatch between our biological clock and lifestyle demands. 😮Stress, overthinking, and inability to “switch off” at night. 😮Light exposure at the wrong times (blue light at night, lack of daylight in the morning). 😮Poor sleep environment and inconsistent routines. 😮Hormonal changes, medical conditions, and lifestyle factors. I'll be covering as much as I can within this 1 hour! Simple, practical and easy! Link in bio - get your spot and make your life more dynamic, healthy, enjoyable and empowered. I look forward to seeing you and sharing so much gold with you and answering all your questions! Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is practiced in kriya form. A kriya is a “complete action”; meaning the exercises are arranged in a very specific synergistic order to have an overall calibrated effect.
