Our last outdoor class this Saturday in Hazelwood Park š»š |
Warm greetings to you!! š³š„ššÆ
The image above is from our recent outdoor kundlini yoga class in Bridgewater at The Castle! Truly magical by the lake, the little birch forest and divine birdsong, and even a cute rabbit peaked our way… The air was pure heaven, the scent of the earth below and the fresh pranic deliciousness all around from so much incredible vegetation… Huge trees, ferns, hydrangeas and so much more… Deepest gratitude for this divine experience!!!ššš So if you wish to enjoy one more, this Saturday the 4th of February – at a different location – do join us from 7 am – 9 am @ Wood Park: Doonoon Avenue, Hazelwood Park! š²š³šāš It is a special 2 hour class ( instead of 1.5 hours), including stretches, kriya, meditation and deep relaxation, for just $20.00( instead of $22)… šš»š« Please bring your own mat, or a large beach towel, and a blanket and of course water. I would LOOOOVEEEE to see you there… in nature there is just an indescribable magic and healing power that is beyond words… š¦ššŗšš³š«š A separate newsletter is coming your way this weekend, with all the news about classes, workshops and retreats coming up… we officially go back next week from the 7 th of February, to our usual indoor classes… ššøš… here we have the magic of privacy, candles, incense/aromatherapy, music, bathrooms at hand, and relatively predictable conditions. š Like everything in life, there are many facets… Two sides to each coin… and with a yogic mind, we can see all, meet all, and choose in awareness what really nourishes, inspires and works for us…. Deeply enjoying this very moment, this gift… and remember that every act of self care builds you up to your awesome fullest potential!! ššššššššš As Yogi Bhajan said very very often: “Keep up and you will be kept up!!!” .. he was referring to Kundalini Yoga Practise of self care in this case.. š Oceans of love and blessings, P.S.: |
