Kundalini Yoga is all about helping you to fully awakening to this .. it is about you becoming aware of this inner divinity, inner music, infinity within you, cosmic consciousness that pulses through us all, so you realise it is you.. so you live it! … so life becomes beyond incredible, inspired, wise and full of joyful beingness ..

Let’s make 2014 our best year yet!!!! Yoga is here to support you in every way, to make it happen body, mind, spirit!!!!
I really look forward to seeing you again this year after a little break in which I had lots of divine family and friends time, and also time to contemplate how I would love to see 2014 unfold…

Making a commitment to yourself this year; yoga and self commitment are not a luxury but a necessity; they enable you to truly live life to the fullest and to make a real difference in other people’s lives and hence the world! ๐Ÿ˜€

Everything is in constant flux, moving, dancing, reflecting our belief system and ways of vibrating …. so everything you always wished for is already here and available in essence .. the idea is to hear it, to connect with it .. nothing works better than meditation for this … our entire yogic practise is a meditation .. a learning and practise to focus on awareness, the experience in this very moment… and through regular practise making it a lifestyle, learning to direct it with clarity…

This year, there are changes in the newsletters too and I hope you love them!! So I am creating one bigger newsletter at the beginning of each month, and for the rest of the month I will send you little but powerful weekly inspirations only. Free community classes & mini yoga retreats

Beach – Australia Day public holiday Monday the 27th of January At Henley Square beach front near the jetty in the sand!!! The awesome Aussie way to do yoga at the beach!My dream !! Bring a friend.

Time: 8 am – 9:30 am

If you would like to, you can join us in a cafe afterwards ( all nearby within metres) and share more time together. Completely optional! ๐Ÿ™‚

Fabulous Valentine’s gift to yourself: Sunday 16th of February at the Adelaide Botanical Gardens

Meeting in the grasslands opposite the Friend’s Gate ( Plane Tree Drive) under the trees !! Bliss !!!

Time: 8 am – 9:30 am

If you wish to bring some food to share and we can stay longer and chat, sitting in the grass! Totally optional.

Important for both outdoor classes:
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water.

Monthly focus: January

The focus this month is to reconnect with ourselves, to detox, and to contemplate and affirm our intentions for 2014, making our commitment to ourselves strong! This truly is not a luxury. We are all going through shifts and we need to find ways to reconnect, to go deep within and take good care of our divine vessel through which we experience: our body .. we also need to balance our mind, especially for the clarity and focus required to make this year brilliant!

We will use kriyas to help with detoxing by stimulating our kidneys and liver, we will stretch out tightness and allow for relaxation, flow and toning! You may wish to compliment this with a dietary detox, by perhaps having more fresh juices according to your needs, having more salads, drinking more water, or by enjoying more fresh air. There are so many little ways in which to give the body a break, and it will detox for you by releasing the stored chemicals, and hence releasing fat cells too. You will feel so much lighter and refreshed!

On my yoga page you will find recipes and tips for cleansing and detoxing throughout this month in particular.

Take note in March we will start the 8 week chakra intensive again.. one chakra a week, to delve deeper.. using colour, meditation, kriyas and references to herbs and aromatherapy and how they connect to your energy vortices called chakras.

All it takes is one minute of your time, or less .. you open www.kundalinistudio.com.au and 1/3 rd of the way down to your left you see a booking calendar .. (under the SEARCH option). Choose ‘Classes in Norwood” then double click on the pink rectangle that pops up saying ‘book’. Tick the time and the quantity, add your name, Email and Mobile number, and finally just add up some numbers to show you are a human being, not some machine trying to book in as a virus or something like that .. and all done!!! No need to pay in advance!
It really helps me a lot, and I thank those of you that book in!
