What is 432 Hz tuning?

We have the ULTIMATE GONG MASTER coming to visit us at Kundalini Studio September 21 and 22nd 2016. This is a rare and one off chance to be in the presence of a sound master. A link, invite and more information will be shared in the next newsletter and on fb with direct invites also. His name is Don Conreaux and he is truly the father of the Gong, and is taking us (humanity) into our next evolutionary phase of the power of sound healing .. there will be a concert (massively healing!!) on Tuesday night, and a talk, and then a privilege and gift of an opportunity to enjoy a workshop with him on the Wednesday September 23rd.

We shall have the smiling Buddha meditation (connecting to the Christ consciousness within) throughout ALL of August! – a meditation that was both taught to Jesus and Buddha according to ancient Kundalini Yoga texts.

The heart chakra is where all chakra centres integrate for wholeness and highest frequency of living. The heart intelligence is your highest intelligence… we reach it by stilling the mind using our breath and observing the mind… recognising the mental habits for what they are … often unconscious old programming. This is like a portal to the reality of love that we are!

In kundalini yoga we shall safely, and gracefully release unconscious patterns, balance chakra energy flown, balance meridians, endocrine system and you many dimensions of consciousness (e.g energy fields and mental bodies), so you can enjoy true alignment with your divine nature! What could be more glorious? To me .. nothing !! 🙂 Sat Nam to that!

Sound and Healing

As you know in kundalini yoga we are totally using the SOUND current and vibration of sound to create higher consciousness, healing and alignment.

Kundalini Yoga to my awareness covers it all, it is total yoga, in every way. Which is why I am so on fire about sharing it and seeing people shine through it and liberate themselves from the bondage of the past, mind and limitation.

We use many different gongs, and many of you have experienced the Symphonic Gong that I bring to class at times, plus the large quartz crystal bowls.

May I just remind you: the most perfect sound for YOU is YOUR own divine voice!!!!

Sing, chant, express.. be playful, sing to the divine within…. whisper, chant silently reverberating your vibration within in silence … let the sound current of mantra and ancient knowledge uplift you into who you truly are …

Here is a little about the recent grace of the crystal lyre, which I am bringing to class every day this week:

The Crystal Lyre is available in a 442hz concert pitch or the 432hz Pythagorean scale. I bought the 432 Hz pitch, aligned with the heart chakra.

For those of you who have a musical background, the Lyre has the seven notes in the octave of the C major scale. DON CONREAUX ‘The Father of the Gong’

Don Conreaux formerly known as Baba Don and Guru Jagat. Master Don was one of the five original Kundalini Yoga Teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. Don also studied the gong writings of Dane Rudhyar. He established the Nanak Dwara Ashram Teacher Training 1970-1976 in Phoenix, Arizona. His very first teacher as a  Teenager in 1952 was Paramahansa Yogananda, receiving his Kriya Initiation  in 1953.
Grand Gong Master known in the world of sound as a pioneer and teacher of teachers and has been responsible for training Gong Yoga therapists all over the world. He was a master teacher and director of Kundalini Teacher Training under Yogi Bhajan and former disciple of Kriya Yoga’s Paramahansa Yogananda since 1952. Don draws upon his 63 years of yoga and sound work. Since 1985, Don has been teaching his MEM Gong Yoga system of exercise for rejuvenation. He is an advisor to numerous humanitarian and environmental organizations, conducts Artists for Humanity Concerts and leads workshops and training retreats around the world. In 1976, after training 108 Kundalini Yoga Teachers for the Mahan Tantric Yogi Bhajan, he was given a final directive to create a new form of yoga. Originally, in the 70’s he called the exercises Mini-Yogs which lasted from 30-90 seconds, the time the Gong needed to alter the consciousness.
Now is his 80th year he will come back to Australia and lead a retreat from October 3rd to 7th just before White Tantric in Sydney.
