I would love to share an inspired excerpt from a book I loved over 10 years ago and still resonate deeply with, and this connects to the awakened and balanced chakra flow we will work on, beautifully..

You Can Live Joyfully

I will speak of joy, compassion, and higher purpose, for many of you are searching for peace and a sense of inner completion. Most of you are aware that peace comes from your inner world and that the outer world is a symbolic representation of that which is within. You are all at different levels of perceiving the process by which you create what you experience.

What is the path of joy? There are many life-paths you can choose, just as there are many ways you can serve on a planetary level. There is a path of will, a path of struggle, and a path of joy and compassion.

Joy is an inner note that you sound as you move through the day.

What brings joy into your life? Do you know? Are you aware of that which makes you happy? Are you so busy fulfilling your daily obligations that you put off to some future time those things that make you feel good? The path of joy deals with present and not future time. Are you holding an image of what life will be like one day when you are happy, but not feeling that sense of well-being right now, today?

Many of you fill your time with activities that are not soul-directed but with activities of the personality. People may have taught you that self-worth comes from being busy. There are two kinds of busyness, however. Personality-directed activities are often based on โ€œshouldsโ€ and do not express your higher purpose. Soul-directed activity is always an expression of your higher purpose.

The senses often distract the personality, capturing its attention from moment to moment. The phone call, the child, the constant voices, the emotions of others — all are energies that grab your attention throughout the day and can distract you from your inner-directed messages.

True joy comes from operating with inner-directedness and recognizing who you are.

You may have many reasons why you cannot change your life right now. If you do not create reasons why you can, change will always be a future thought, and you will not be on the path of joy. In this world you have chosen to come into, you have been given physical senses and an emotional body. Your great challenge is to not be distracted by that which happens in front of you, or is pulling on you or calling to you, but instead to find your center and magnetize to yourself all those things that are in alignment with your inner being.

Are you setting it up so that people are pulling on you, so that your time is full, but you are not filling it with the things you want? You have the power to change that drama. It comes from your compassion for who you are and from your sense of inner freedom.

*******A community sunset beach class is now planned for Tuesday the 18th of March. Please rug up really well, brining your own mat, blanket & water! It could get quite cold!!!! Iโ€™ll keep it dynamic and physical to help us with that! ๐Ÿ˜‰ I will create a facebook invite. It could be very cold.. please discern for yourself if this is for you … If the weather is unsuitable it may get cancelled, so PLEASE check with me before attending :-). A few days afterwards is WORLD WATER DAY! Let’s start it early :-).
Here is info about it for you:

On March 22nd, World Water Day and the Spring Equinox, we invite you to UNIFY with us as at a Sacred Body of Water in your region.

There is only ONE Body of Water as all rivers, streams, lakes, oceans and clouds are connected. All humans, regardless of race, religion or creed, were born from a womb of water, depend on water to live and connect with water everyday. All cultures and sacred traditions have practiced water blessings, from people praying in the Ganges to Baptisms in churches. All animals and plants need water to survive as well.

WATER UNIFIES US ALL.

UNIFY circles will be gathering with their prayers and intentions in the water, on the water and at the water to re-establish our relationship with this sacred medium of life.

Ancient cultures have held a deep belief that our inner consciousness has an impact on the world around us and modern science is now beginning to support that. Could the state of the world’s waters be a reflection of our emotions, a mirror of our inner state? What would happen to the living being of water if millions of us UNIFY with the water in our own bodies and shift our relationship to all water everywhere.

7pm start at Henley Square in the sand, near the jetty.

Donations go to Adelaideโ€™s womenโ€™s & childrenโ€™s shelter.

Be inspired!

It’s LIFE.’

It’s a journey…
No one is ahead of you,
or behind you.
You are not more
“advanced”,
or less enlightened.
You are exactly
where you need to be.
It’s not a contest…
It’s LIFE.
We are ALL teachers,
and we are ALL students.

Anne Warby

Things donโ€™t always go as planned. Good things canโ€™t always be planned. Be flexible and open to lifeโ€™s twists and turns.
No one can understand your journey, unless they have walked your path. Never let anyone else decide your self worth or judge you.
Focus on your priorities, but take things in stride. Make decisions, not excuses. Live one moment at a time. Count your blessings, not your troubles. Let the wrong things go.
Look for lessons in unforeseen obstacles. Ask for help. Give as much as you take. Make time for those who matter.
Laugh when you can. Cry when you need to.
Remember – Love is the most important thing in the World.
Have Faith, and do the best you can, with all you’ve got.
And always stay true to your values.
