Warm greetings dear yogis !

This newsletter is simple and sweet … my life has been unusually full of dynamics that require my attention, and hence writing the newsletter this week and last week had to wait. I know you are aware of the countless gifts of kundalini yoga, so I knew it was ok ..  it is an example of being flexible and changing usual patterns into new ones, in this mystical divine dance called life! I was graced with many wonderful experiences over the last many weeks, as I had my sister visit from Germany(she migrated there to study psychology in Göttingen last year), a friend visit from Western Australia( Andrea with whom I enjoyed my level 1 kundalini yoga teacher training and am bonded for life with), was involved in co-hosting Jai-Jagdeesh  with deanne from Sonic Heart, and co-creating a Sacred Women’s Soul retreat with Fiona and Ahilya,  which will be held over the  October long weekend ( .. I was invited to teach yoga in various venues, to offer private Skype sessions, and to create a talk for women in business, sharing about my journey as a mum and business owner, and how I stay sane using yoga … my ex husband’s wife Jess gave birth to another angel  and this is divine and meant a few changes here too …. plus much more .. but I won’t go into every detail now. Just allow me to say: unusually many new dynamics ! 😀 

Flowing and being present to all and prioritising every moment .. kundalini yoga offers me strength, clarity and being in touch with my soul/my being/ by inner observer and my connection wit all that is; the divinity itself .. cosmic intelligence …

The main thing for you is this: Kundalini yoga class is happening tonight and Sunday! And I wish to share about what is in store … 

Apologies if classes were full and you could not get in on Sunday the 13th for our triple class. There was just no more room … 39 yogis and amazing energy was complete ..  thank you to all who attended and added your divine energy!!!! … it is great if you can arrive the minutes before the commencement of the class please .. it means we are settled and settling into meditative space together, and you hear my introduction and teachings … there are countless benefits and reasons why attending 5-10 minutes before class is a great idea and I encourage it. It can be part of your self-care and commitment to a really full experience, with  no rush and instead a deep expansion into your divine self.

This week: 
Sat Kriya deepening .. Sat Kriya is  a fundamental gift and practise of kundalini yoga, to balance your energies entirely!  
It strengthens the entire sexual system and stimulates its natural flow of energy, relaxing phobias about sexuality, or  related traumas. It allows you to control the insistent sexual impulse (if you have it) by redirecting the flow of sexual energy to creative activities and healing the body. 

Also people who are severely maladjusted or who have mental problems benefit from this kriya because these disturbances are always connected with an imbalance in the energies of the lower three chakras. 

With this kriya general health is improved because all the internal organs receive a gentle, rhythmic massage from this exercise. 

The heart gets stronger from the rhythmic up-and-down of blood pressure you generate from the pumping motion of the navel centre. Your navel centre is straighten which offers commitment to yourself, fuelling the inner fire to step into action. Burning up the old. Lets for life! Sun energy!

This exercise works directly on stimulating and channeling the kundalini energy. 

The kriya is the foundation of your body to hold higher experience. It is not just an exercise – it is a kriya that works on all levels of your being – known and unknown. 

You might block the more subconscious experiences of higher energies by pushing the physical body too hard- be mindful of this. You may experience a huge rush of energy or you may experience higher consciousness and it is important to integrate this into your psyche. Hence we prepare with another kriya (for morning Sadhana), and we are patient, constant and regular in our practises. The end result is assured. 

Yogi Bhajan, the master of White Tantra and who brought kundalini yoga to the West said: Character will only come when your body, mind and soul are committed in your awareness and balanced.. recognised. Balanced.  This body will eventually become diseased and fall away .. In between you have to emit light so you can leave a legacy… if you understand this your life will be your soul’s joy, be fulfilling, you’ll radiate presence .. you are made of God, you are part of God. Daily practise of Sat Kriya will support this realisation and help you to be embodying it. 

So join us for our class of Kriya for Morning Sadhana ~ awakening you totality, followed by Sat Kriya, deep relaxation and meditation.
