This week all I wish to say is that I am sooooo excited about the kriya and meditation … I know .. I always am… and yet, this feels just super incredible to me.

But first: A few of announcements:

  • New Tuesday night class is almost starting… 7:30pm-9:00 pm in Glenunga, starting in April. Details (for booking in) will be on my website soon.

 

  • Also we are having a Nourishment Day for women on Saturday, May 14th! 10 am -5pm.

It is  a retreat through my affiliation and co-creation of Sacred Women’s Soul Retreat, with Fiona Glover and Ahilya Lucille. Both incredible women and friends!

In our retreat we will offer Kundalini Yoga, Wu-Tao Dance of the 5 elements for healing and joy, Art Therapy, Sacred Ceremony for release and new beginnings, and Sound Bath healing with over 20 instruments…. incredibly potent combination.
We offer lunch and refreshments (vegetarian).

Keeping the body in a high frequency beautiful state – kriya 

The body is a temple of human expression and evolvement. We are often told by the media and friends/society that it wears out, has many ilnesses, and is extremely fragile.

But this is NOT true. The body is sensitive, intelligent and self-repairing!

As Yogi Bhajan has said something like:

“This beautiful body cannot be eaten by anything except your own ideas. It is your beliefs and thinking that create.  Your own negativity reduces the voltage of your life force so your circumvent field becomes weak and death creeps into your body. This body is beautiful. It is creation and divinity itself. Infinite possibilities exist…”

Various concepts of the mind are at play here to be seen… for example habits of possession, constriction, anger, tension and attachment do set up energy patterns within the physical body that disrupt the normal flow of VITALITY and energy.

This opens the door to diseases, both physical and mental.

We are indeed co-creators and have the ability to create environments we want to live in.

We create our bodies with each thought and activity, as well as with each meal.

So a clean body helps to readjust the energy, as we are the product of our habits. These are usually unconscious.

How will this class support this?

Readjusting the flow through kundalini yoga really helps this … so we can let go of unhealthful habits and embody our natural vibrancy.

This in turn opens doors to new life choices and options… all of life is affected by this in a positive way.

And yes this kriya is here for that specific work.

” People search for the experience of God, the experience of freedom, energy and consciousness.
If we would only purify
* ourselves, then God would be known to us, and naturally come to our awareness as living in us, as us. That infinite energy is the giver in every situation. We recognise it by cleaning, caring and utilising what we have already been given. ”

This kriya uses ancient yogic knowledge to rewire our blocks, to create ease and alignment, for deep connection to infinite self, freedom, ease and vitality. Balancing pranic life flow, meridians and the brain.

* what do we mean with ‘purify’ ourselves?
conscious deep harnessing of life force through yogic breathing, being mindful, meditating, moving the body energy, clearing out unhealthy unconscious thinking, taking in high frequency food and drink, associating self with uplifting energy such as what you love: nature, certain vibrationally tuned humans or animals, books, surroundings, musical frequency that opens you to your true higher frequency or dimension of your truth. All this adds up and really can support your journey and make it so much easier and joyful to live in your infinite free state and embody this expanded awareness. 
Meditation on the Self:

The mind is given to you to use in self-expansion. As Yogi Bhajan said:

The issue is that you do not channel or capture it. If you cannot have the mind when you need it, it is useless.
The function of the mind is not just to spew out random thoughts! It is to fashion etheric elements into forms of energy that manifest through the earthly elements.

A projected imagination that is guided is a fundamental power and gift of a human being.

In this series into meditation, this kriya raises the kundalini energy enough to purify and calm the mind.

Then you direct the mind in meditation to become aware of your identity and how you have guided it.

You use your mind for self-observation. This is expanded awareness .. out of the limited cage of the mind, and opening into the expanded reality of yourself … 

This is an excellent training for the mind, plus this kriya helps improve digestion and channels over abundant sexual energy .. in a few minutes the mind can come under channelisation.

This is one of the beauties of kundalini yoga. Instead of dealing with thoughts only with other thoughts, it uses exercises that automatically bring the mind to a more open and agreeable state of seeing…

This saves years of meditation time. 

The body is your finite identity.

The mind is a bridge to your infinite identity which is even beyond the soul.

But the mind alone has a difficult time since it lacks clarity of identity given by the body.

When you manipulate the body identity by (kundalini / yogic) exercises, then the clear message of guidance is given to the mind.

It is not the mind per se, that runs the body. It is actually YOU. The mind is another part of YOU.

Using these two to communicate with and integrate your many parts, is the science of kriya and the basis of Kundalini Yoga. All is one!

Additional  and optional meditation experience tonight:

This meditation will work on your inner faculty and your ego.

You have 5 things in your body which show your ego: two legs, two hand, and one tongue.

In this meditation practise your metabolism will go through tremendous change … this can be a semi-painful posture – it is like a bitter melon, the discomfort it creates is in the head. It brings the combination of the five centres of the left and right brain into the neutral self. That is your state of centred awareness itself!
