On the 12th of August, for our full moon ceremony, On the 12th of August, for our full moon ceremony, we will be harnessing the gifts of the full moon with a powerful Kundalini Yoga Meditation.⁣ ⁣ Every full moon, has a different quality about it. This August Full Moon occurs when the cooperative Aquarius Moon opposes the individualistic Leo Sun. ⁣ ⁣ This cosmic coupling allows us see the difference between satisfying ourselves (Leo) and collaborating with others (Aquarius), and helps us understand the relationship between teamwork and individuality.⁣ ⁣ The Kundalini Yoga practice has been calibrated in a particular way for the lunar cycles so that we can use nature’s help to navigate the energy of the full moon in our lives. ⁣ ⁣ Whether it's to release toxic cycles, limiting beliefs, trauma and pain, or simply to get clarity within yourself, or to shed light on something that has been hidden to you, this practise can truly take you to deeper illuminating awareness. ⁣ ⁣ Kundalini Meditation⁣ ⁣ Meditating on a full moon helps you balance your emotions, center yourself, and manifest your desires. ⁣ ⁣ A kundalini meditation that is very effective in harnessing the power of the full moon is the Antar Naad Mudra Meditation (Kabadshe Meditation). ⁣ ⁣ It is said to bring prosperity, creativity, protect you from attacks, and open your chakras. Are you rushing? It seems to be a collective ene Are you rushing? It seems to be a collective energy to be rushing and chasing and then to suddenly or eventually collapse with exhaustion or pure need to stop from deep within. All around is life reflects to us, if we pause to look, that anything rushed isn’t worth it. It shows us that when we rush we don’t enjoy the journey and we miss the essence. Life shows is that quality comes from dedication and commitment. Life shows us that we perform best when we have enough rest, good nutrition and healthy recreation time to self or with loved ones. Life shows us everywhere that we create quality outcomes when we contemplate and align more without force. Life and many teachers have shared in a trillion words that going within is the key to an aligned, graceful, fulfilling life. Nothing happens overnight. Nothing lasts. Everything is constantly in flux and change, ebb and flow. So what are as racing for? What are we chasing? At the expense of true joy and presence in THIS moment, where life actually IS? We are pushing away this moment, this gift right now, for what? Nobody knows how long any of us are here, but funnily enough most of us assume and pretend it’s a long way to go before we exit this movie. Have you talked with older people and what they say about this racing about and forgetting what’s really in front of us? Our current vigour, youthfulness. Our cute tiny children full of stars in their eyes being rushed around instead of having a leisurely magical childhood for what? This current collective programme is outdated, it’s slavery and a rat race. We’re not rats are we? No. So let’s take charge and choose our quality of life. Understanding the power of kundalini energy is lik Understanding the power of kundalini energy is like discovering your infinite truth and potential. The journey is unique for everyone and I’m sharing here ( and further Reels plus videos on my YouTube channel) what I’ve experienced, leant and feel is helpful in your journey to a deeply fulfilling life as an inward journey, which is naturally reflected in your so-called outer world. Fascinating stuff upon which endless books have been written. What I love about it is that ( from my perspective) it is about your relationship with yourself. You being a divine spark of all of life, unique, perfect, flawed divinely and exploring life! It’s an adventure and an awakening beyond the rational mind, and the closest science that explains it it quantum physics. It is feared and critiqued by some, mostly by those who have read negative information about it, or by those who have not personally explored it, or by those who went extreme and didn’t honour it. This is why the ancient wise yogis didn’t want to release this powerful knowledge and its practises to humans who were not ready yet to: Comprehend its nature Honour its power Come from a soul level vs ego level See it’s misuse is full of negative karma How it can both heal and destroy one’s nervous system. We are just exiting the ‘dark ages’ of the Kali Yuga. This knowledge has been corrupted and exploited hence. But humanity is getting ready, and many have honoured this incredible honouring and eliciting of the flow of graceful kundalini or life force within.
