This week we are going to work on releasing grief and trauma through kundalini yoga technology. And rest assured it will be to your readiness .. kundalini yoga works with your grace … so whatever can shift can do so, in loving gratitude, awareness, ease and in deepening your awareness and ability to embrace the truth of who you are: divinity, spacious creative expression of the divine .. love, harmony …

Grief and trauma can be many things and fully unique in the way you were/are affected by them, for example:
loss of a loved one e.g parent, friend or child, moving countries, states, moving house, changing jobs, working in a very stressful work environment, being in a minority and subjected to criticism, a divorce, not passing an important exam, feeling you are on a cross road and confused, surviving a fire/house robbery, watching a person die, getting diagnosed with a life threatening illness… and so much more.

No matter what the cause of the trauma/experience of grief/suffering, movement through kriya, breath and mantra are time-tested approaches clinically demonstrated to be effective in helping you reconnect with your body, reconnect with inner harmony,reduce symptoms and provide the support to move from a state of reactivity to an  experience of safety and calm.

When honour yourself on all levels (emotionally, physically and spiritually), you will be a powerhouse of incredibleness, find calmness, inner wisdom and be your own guru!! Guaranteed!

And in that awareness move through life becoming more liberated from limitation each day… according to your graceful readiness of course!

As you know, we harbour/hold much in our physical and emotional bodies, and kundalini yoga is designed to help you/us realign with your inherent vibrant health, and to release what no longer serves us.

So remember: We are having workshops on certain Saturdays and the next one is Saturday 15th of April 2-5 pm: Detoxing, fasting and supportive kriyas to enter deeper self healing.

Also this month we have a very wonderful, joyful, deeply uplifting “aromatherapy, chakra and emotions” workshop on Saturday the 25th of March !!
