Warm greetings dear Yogis!
You know you are divine! Yes!!? You have felt it, known it and sometimes forget it … we all do … until we don’t ;-).
Now what is that all about? Bear with me… you shall see by the end of this newsletter…
We are going to relate this now to what we do in kundalini yoga with DETOXING … being Easter, about reflection, giving to others, and fasting … giving up things so we can become more humble, THIS is the perfect time! The world at large is moving through this, so it is amplified energetically … giving away, letting go, is a form of detoxing, and freeing yourself up, to meet the real true you…
… and the idea is to reflect, to focus on helping others, a rebirth… reflecting on the cycle of life. These reflections are deeply powerful and inspiring!
As they say: when you realise what you already have, and appreciate it, and know it is temporary, you truly begin to live!
This is such great beauty, this is reality! All else is a story to be in denial, and then later in shock, when something/someone we assumed to be around/a certain way, leaves …
So how do we meet this truth, this moment … consciously?
And how does this connect with this week’s theme of detoxing?
Detoxing is not just one thing. It comes in levels and layers…
detoxing is releasing toxic thoughts, habits and behaviours, that serve nobody. Detoxing is clearing out your environment, from your living space having things you love, and releasing old cluttery stuff that no longer makes you feel incredible when you look at it. Detoxing can be clearing up relationships and spending more time with awesome, loving people on your wavelength of heart and soul. Letting go of those relationships that are toxic for you. Learning the lesson and letting go.
Detoxing can be in relation to eating habits, self destructive habits (vs self love habits), choices in general. It can be about being conscious of “clouds” that cover your clarity.
Kundalini Yoga this week – and the Saturday bonus workshop (from 2-5pm this Saturday)- for which there are still a few spaces- will assist you profoundly with this, as you are always with the intent of what you want. Hence what you don’t want drops away (that is a detox).
Also breathing: powerful detox, with the intent to use this breath, you can go very deep into detoxing mental patterns, but also rejuvenating your organs which constantly are working to detox your whole system. Liver, lungs, heart, etc.
Stimulating the organs in specific ways to help the detox process. Moving the digestive system in specific ways to help release blockages physically and energetically, which in turn is also emotionally!
Connecting with your inherent body’s wisdom to follow its guidance … loving the body, your temple and hence really feeling this love and hence eating better, taking care of it better… sleeping better!
Healthy sleep aids in processing issues, and without good rest, you can’t process and hence feel confused and unwell and can be reactive! This is toxic to a degree … So releasing this is massive detoxing! Learning the art of breathing and consciousness to sleep, calm down, rest … and appreciating its necessity and power!
There is so much I could say! And share and teach. From green powder, to fresh air, to water, to celebrating and being present to the now – all this is increasing wellbeing and allowing you to release and detox, literally! I have been living, talking and educating people this way since my early 20’s now …
So during this week I am guided to delve into this … allow yourself to flow with this freeing gift of detoxing – becoming LIGHTER again .. and guess what?
Then you have a greater chance to truly remember your true essential nature! The connection is deeper, the mind is clear, and you cannot help but know you are divinity!!! Everything is connected!
Breath, mantra, kriya, intent, deep relaxation, sound healing .. it is a powerful mix… becoming deeply aware… where your awareness goes, energy flows, as you know!
..and this week, allow yourself to become free, more vibrant and aligned by allowing detoxing to happen on every level ….you don;t need to travel anywhere to allow and do this .. it is in you right now!

I am all about teaching you how to find YOUR aligned path, so you can detox according to your nature! This will be the focus in all I do always, and in the workshop I can work with you directly to help you find this so it can be tailored specifically to your capacity and needs!
Detoxing is joy, self love, raising your frequency to where it can always be!!!!! You have this inside you!

I am offering community meditation and stretching classes at Burnside community centre starting this Thursday 1:10-1:50pm.
All welcome, no previous experience needed, and just gold coin donation toward community funding! Bring your parents, but you must book in via the Burnside Community Centre, 401 Greenhill Road, Tusmore. It is geared towards absolute beginners and the elderly.
I am teaching KIDS FUN yoga as a community event – only $5, Friday the 28th of April from 10:30-11:30 in the awesome ballroom in Burnside! BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL – and via myself. Total FUN! And self expression and self love for kids!
I now offer NLP sessions and will talk more about this soon.. I graduated at an NLP practitioner and Timeline practitioner on the weekend! Awesome stuff!!!! More info etc coming soon!

We shall do kundalini yoga twice a day, have incredible organic food of high pranic content (gown right there) … we shall visit an amazing local market, Rishi caves, Goddess temple, and enjoy ayurvedic treatments, rudraksha mala bead making, a fire ceremony held for us by the local healer, go for a nature walk among fresh springs.
Then as an optional, you can join us to continue on to Amritsar, where the Golden Temple is!!! Trains from the Delhi airport and and required taxi rides will be taken care of my myself and the retreat centre. You just need to get your flights. We can enjoy a group booking! This retreat of incredibleness will be starting December 1-7 2017!!
Then 2 days to Amristar is optional.

A little contemplation that is just coming through me at the moment for you:
What are you holding on to, and because of that is not allowing you to receive what you truly want?
What are you holding on to, that makes you feel heave and unfree … and hence does not allow you to be your bouncy, happy true self?
What have you identified with as being you, that really is not? It is just an idea, borrowed and unquestioned and without it you could truly bloom into life more?
Set your openness and intent to let these go … create new space for more amazingness, freedom and true joy, true fulfilment … now … and join us to detox that stuff! The power is here and now, in you!
Thank you for sharing your divine spirit and heart in our classes. It is the greatest privilege to hold space and teach the amazing yoga of awareness – kundalini yoga.

- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before staring time, so you can relax and prepare.
- Please have very little in your stomach. A light snack an hour before class is fine.
- Bring your own mat – or two mats for extra thickness. Bring your own blanket for deep relaxation. And if you enjoy a pillow for meditation or during yoga, please bring this along too, to truly HONOUR your self and maximise the experience.
- Bring water for hydration and support for the energy to shift and flush through.
- Contemplate an intention before class.
- Ask me any questions you may have before class or after, with private conversation, email or phone call.
- Book into class as your dedication and sign of commitment to yourself.
- If you can’t book in, please text me or email me, so I can reach you in the unlikely circumstance of the class needing to be cancelled. I do hold retreats interstate and overseas and at those times classes in Adelaide may be cancelled, and if you haven’t see the newsletter you may not know about it, and try to attend the class. Hence booking in is ease of mind.
- Wear layered clothing so you can adjust to the body temperature changing during class.
- Sometimes we need to personalise our practise and you may love a morning Sadhana practise or an evening practise specifically tailored to your unique needs: book into a private class to enhance your experience.
