Kundalini Studio Class at a Glance
Step 1. Breathing
The class begins with a breathing practice and ‘tuning in‘ to centre oneself & forget the outside world for a while.
Step 2. Yoga Postures
Then moves into a series of postures and stretches. This will relax the body, increase flexibility and remove energy blocks, to further focus the mind and improve energy flow.
Step 3. Relaxation and Meditation
The class concludes with relaxation and meditation which integrates and harmonises the body, mind and spirit.
Regular Yoga Classes – The Parade, Norwood
- Thursday: 7:00 pm -8:30pm (beginner- intermediate)
- Sunday: 4:00pm – 5:30pm (beginner-intermediate)
Private Classes
One on one classes are a very powerful way to get the most out of Kundalini Yoga practice. Private classes enable us to discuss your situation and needs and hence allow us to tailor exercises, meditations and breathwork specifically for you.
