Sat Nam and warm greetings to you!!!

In preparation for Gong Master Don Conreaux and to raise deeper awareness and further direct experience about the power of the gong, this week, we are experiencing extra gong time, meditation and breath work to really explore the deep healing of the gong. It is honestly a most incredible blessing, gift and science! So not just gong time for deep relaxation, but also specifically taught with kundalini yoga techniques that integrate gong with specific mantra and specific breathing styles to really clear energy channels.

The blessing and vastness of it, you will experience directly, but the science behind it, I shall share about here in this newsletter. It truly is total healing!

We still have a few of spaces left for the Tuesday night concert in this moment, from what I have been told; and a few spaces left for the incredible workshop where you learn directly from the Master how you can use sound to uplift your world literally, and clear heavy energy etc.

The Gong and the Koshas:
We have 5 yogic koshas or sheaths of existence: the physical body, energetic body (breath body), the emotional body, the knowledge body and the essence of bliss body.

The gong integrates these by bridging the gap between the grosser to the subtle bodies.

We shall experience the power of gong plus mantra together for a very potent clearing and balance of the emotional body.

We shall experience the gong together with specific pranayam practise (breath style) to clear the pranic body and the shushumna channel and hence balance chakras also. The pranic life force is focussed upon and the sound is used to synergistically clear the energies into smooth flow.

Expect divine emotional release, anything from: crying, laughing, transient sensations of stress, bliss, joy, love, fear or you may recall past lives. You often can realise yourself as one, as multidimensional and receive answers to prayers, or experience epiphanies.

When the gong has balanced the imbalances, you will enjoy deep wellbeing, oneness, wholeness. Meditative states of consciousness are natural here.

The Gong and the Nadis:
Nadis are like the rivers that flow through the energetic/subtle body (like meridians). They carry pranic life force and play a key role in the awakening of the kundalini energy and spiritual awareness.

The gong clears these and you may experience increased flow of energy in areas that were previously blocked.

Gong and relaxation/nervous system:
The gong supports balance in the nervous system, to aid in deep release and relaxation, as it is a potent stimulant of the parasympathetic nervous system (the opposite of the fight or flight response). It teaches you receptive, conscious release and deep inner healing naturally follows.

The Gong and kundalini yoga practise:
The relationship between the gong and kundalini yoga is a natural outgrowth of the use of mantra and music (sound current) as a potent synergy. Everything is after all vibration and energy.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is based upon the sound current, the power of word and mantra, the vibration of the infinite. “If you will meditate on the primal sound,” he said, “you will see the unseen, you will hear the unheard, you will feel the unfeelable.” It is like an attunment with the expanded cosmos.

The primal sound is best represented by the sound of the gong itself. Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo … notice the ONGGG …. deep within your being, the vibration and potency …  “The gong is the first and last instrument for the human mind, and there is only one thing that can supersede and command the human mind – the sound of the gong. It is the first sound of the universe. It is basic creative sound. ” ~ Yogi Bhajan

The gong creates complex, unpredictable sound frequencies that vibrate and re-order disordered frequencies in and around the body, releasing blocks and clearing patterns to allow the subtle body to reintegrated and the chakras to coordinate smoothly. It is not predictable and hence the mind cannot hold on to control and resist.

The Gong and Meditation:
By its coordinating and stimulating actions both on the pituitary and pineal glands, the gong is highly effective in opening the 6th and 7th chakra centres of consciousness, and this makes it ideal for opening you up into meditation.

So this week is a deep immersion into the Gong! Let sound heal you, for it does!

And prepare for our incredible two days with Don Conreaux. Expect major shifts! Details for bookings are below.

Much bliss, joy, love and Sat Nam!!!

Gong in summary:

The sound of the gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from the torrent of thoughts  and stimulating great health into the glandular system.

We receive through this enhanced functioning physiologically/biologically!

On top of that, this creative primordial sound, with its infinite vibrational tones and frequencies, clears blockages throughout your many systems, such as your pranic pathways,  hence chakras, meridians, and emotional energies held in the body, and surrounding the field of the body … this is a deep purification and also it aids you in becoming very relaxed, meditative and expanded consciousness awareness, touching all that you are. This is the ultimate self-healing state!
