This couple is on the road again! My hubby has a chart that has endless travelling and I love travelling and so we end up moving around a lot these days!

We are heading interstate again on an adventure and those of you know know me/us, know what it’s all about. 😜🥰😍

We will drive across the Nullarbor oh my!!
And I’ll fly back to be here for our upcoming retreat, while he stays in WA for a little!

I love seeing him fulfill his dreams in his way and enjoy the adventure.

Playfulness yet grounded still of course!

I must rush and get packing.

I wish you wonderful nature infused adventures where you deeply relax and enjoy the gift of being alive every moment, where pure open hearted being is more than enough.

All you’re ( we’re) looking for is always within. And in nature we remember this within beautifully and strongly, with deep humility, expansion, playfulness, innocence and often profound seeming wisdoms and insights for life itself and true fulfilled living, doing what we love and what makes us feel truly alive!

What do you love to do together with loved ones? It’s always more enticing to go with someone when you have ‘resistance’ .. if you excuse the pun! 😆

I love the strength and conditioning training from the amazing @dr.apurva_mathankar all the way from India via good old Zoom! That part is fabulous!

We also have sessions from our house, which is great!

I’ve just had a lot of resistance to go to the gym much of my life. Whenever I’m there it’s great, except if sweaty people ( mostly men) drip around near me. 😩

But I know how to navigate it and have the privilege to pop into the gym any time during the day, often catching a spectacular skyscape which I loooove!

I exercise best outdoors and with lots of natural lighting. What about you?

Have you resisted increasing the size of your energy powerhouses called mitochondria ?

Do you realise the psycho huge benefit of daily exercise and still don’t do it? Or have you nailed it? Share with us so we can laugh, learn and experiment together!

The bottom line truth is that whatever we want and resist is deeply seated and ‘fear’ held in our subconscious minds!

A way around that is to get a buddy to join you, or to commit to just 5 minutes ( easy) or to change locations to what you would actually love! With a great view for example, or an amazing health food shop outside the location!

The ultimate way though is to release the subconscious block which is making the decision to stall or avoid things that are beneficial for you.

I help women with that!

We’re all on that journey of releasing old and outdated programmes, wiring and subconscious conditioning.

When you are ready to feel better, you’ll be drawn to doing better in your own way, in your aligned timing- usually when you’ve suffered enough and are over it!

I totally understand and know you will free yourself when ready!

There is truly only one holistic life. Only mental concepts separate them, and that is invisible too!

Essentially all of life is divinity dancing.

It’s an infinitely woven web of experience, perception and uncertainty, would you ‘agree’? 🤓😜

I feel you/we all are the source of what we/you seek. Many sages, thinkers of all have said this, over the aeons. Many who have dedicated their entire lifetime in search of the truth and life’s mysterious meaning.

I prefer to acknowledge that we’re all doing our best with the info and capacity available to us in each moment - the alignment, predisposition, awareness, receptivity, openness all of us playing a kaleidoscopic role and dance in the lightplay in which we partake as illusion individuals.

You are freedom & restriction perfectly, attached and detached in many ways at the same time; and all in between; ultimately I feel we/you are freedom itself, innocence, kindness, love and presence exploring itself.

All self-limiting ideas are just that - notions. A house of cards. Illusively real. Paradoxical. Pendulous. Playfulness. A dance. An experience. A role play. And all of them can change and reappear infinitely. All of them keeping their opposite alive.

Bigger picture perspective

Stepping back and feeling free, small and one with this huge earth really offers amazing perspective.

I loved my solo road trip from Victoria to South Australia via the Great Ocean Road and Grampians.

Nature is always grounding, expanding and inspiring with grace and euphoric brilliance.

When is the last time you went out into the vast open landscape of your surroundings and tuned into your heart, soul and bigger truth for being here?

When did you last let go, trust and just be, allowing yourself to feel it all, meet yourself fully and energise?

As kids we loved our daily little and bigger adventures, and it’s easy to be too programmed to be productive, effective and kind of serious. What a lock in that is. We choose it.

We can decide to change that, and reconnect with our fullest selves, our true, essential unprogrammed essence.

Paradoxically this can give you more time, more alignment, more of what you actually want.

I gained a lightness beyond words, a surrender yet feeling so held, a deep soulful gaze upon the trillions of illusions within this beautiful landscape called life.

We don’t know how much time we have to explore, so I always see the details, the beauty, the fascinating signs and infinite reflections. My cup is full and gratitude overflowing daily, and this really helps when facing many challenges whether physical, emotional, spiritual, financial etc.

I am the witness, the dancer, the co-creator, forever learning, growing, letting go, embracing…

I love the bigger picture and within it, the incredible detail: from macrocosm to microcosm.

That’s why often the little things make the biggest difference. Small observances, small steps, but real, embodied and truly with utter presence in the moment, not just a thought, not just a rush to get elsewhere. No. Just this.

That is what fulfills me and has been my way all my life, and if you resonate and feel drawn, I highly recommend it!

Life is one incredible adventure! A playground of infinite potentialities!

It’s ok to be tired! To go through times of wanting to cocoon and just be! It’s HEALTHY to want to slow down!! Especially after getting so much stuff done.

Often women forget how much they’ve been doing, giving, helping, holding up!

Often women just push on to the next thing, as long as their body is able.

But the body is amazing at sustaining you for a very long time. Long after you really need to recoup and reset, it goes on!

We learn to ignore the subtle signs when we’re in demand, rushing about, serving others, putting ourselves last. We sometimes forget how delicious and vital it is to reassess and shift back into self care - to tank up on energy, holistically.

Sometimes this can lead to gut issues themselves ( it’s a 2 way street) and I can explain the mechanics to you easily.

How is your relationship with yourself? Are you in touch with what you really want out of this lifetime? Are you having enough energy to step into a new desired path?
Do you feel honoured and graceful and also handle the challenges with wisdom and zest? It’s ok to be moody and feisty, I’m not suggesting we become perfect angels and our highest version of ourselves.

What I’m more interested in is: are you honouring your joy, wellbeing, aliveness, passion, youthfulness, ageing process, ability to shine your light, share your love wholeheartedly with your loved ones?

I believe in a woman are all parts, and they have their place, depending on our unique journey!

I’m here to help you recognise the root causes, and feel able and excited about changing these patterns.

This can be about so many things, like boundaries, hormones, food habits, gut health, sleep health, awareness, intention, prioritising, education, self-worth, psychological harmony and mindset.

Always open to a soulful adventure! Never put yourself in a box according to society.

Tell me what does being truly alive mean to you? When have you least felt it, and how would you describing it?

I love learning new things, getting out of my comfort zone or dropping paradigms!

I love creativity, movement, learning and then freestyling into into my unique joy.

I love playfulness, not taking oneself so seriously, or not even life so seriously.

I love being in the now, this moment.

Obviously in the context of appropriateness. If I’m with a client, I’m present to them, their needs, and if I have to be serious I can be super serious. It all depends on the situation and context and choosing.

I personally myself feel best and most alive when being free in dance, in nature, with myself or in amazing company full of incredible sharing that is soul deep, funny, sacred and all in between.

What I don’t like is: superficiality, disrespect of others differences, crass humour, pretentiousness, blaming others, victimising and total lack of reverence for the gift of life. But again - I don’t focus on that, everyone has a right to enjoy those states too. Just not my preference. 😜

Be wild, free, trust your heart, stop and rest, dance like crazy and live your most joyful life.

Expressing our gifts though natural child like joy - so creative, deeply rewarding and enlivening…THAT is it… in my experience and opinion.

What’s your opinion? I accept and hear all like minded and different opinions. That’s the richness of life.

We can grow and learn so much by openly sharing our truth, in freedom to change it, and in respect of differences.

We are amazing!

I’m here to truly celebrate you, the divine woman that you are!

I see your brilliance & also how you hold yourself back & give your wisdom, knowing & self care away.

There are so many concepts infiltrated into our world, even the spiritual or yoga world. These have truth within them but also are often misunderstood & taken out of context, disabling many who follow & get hypnotised by appealing words.

I’m here to talk about this & facilitate you to live your authentic truth. That truly has me thrilled & alive!

I’m here to constantly remind you that truly all your beauty, wisdom, power, inspiration, bliss and fulfilment are within you. For this I know 100 % to be true.

I see this & keep seeing it in so many women I co-create with.

When you look to learn about financial success, do you enrol in the course from a human who is not abundant?

When you wish to explore self love & hence true love relationships, check out if your guide is living it. You can’t really teach the essence of what you’re not experiencing.

Yoga teacher hierarchy will have you believe that the way to learn is to teach it. It has some truth in it, but mostly it is irresponsible & just a way to keep the teaching hierarchy & funds going, creating a business.

All those teachers, who after class drink or have break downs & all sorts. That’s ok, but holding space for more vulnerable, trusting, often hurting & open souls requires self mastery, integrity, reflection & humility.

Otherwise it’s the blind leading the blind, or the wounded going from cult to cult, while the healing, seeing & transformation is only by going within.

No mantras to ancient gods which nobody truly understands these days. That’s another programme to keep humans feeling they are small & need external validation & rescue to make it.

Yes we all help each other & yet there is a choice, & again this depends on you.

I see the perfection & this sounds paradoxical but so it is.

I am here to see you & remind you of your brilliance, capacity and ultimate wholeness.

I know those who are wanting that are naturally attracted to what I am here for in this moment.

Sunday 24th! Not 21st. Perfect typos and that’s life! Boundaries about what i chose to get upset about or try to perfect. It’s all energy and i consciously choose where it is heart-joy-peace aligned.

Everyone only has so much time, so many breaths, so many days.

Everyone is in the same dynamic, the only thing that differentiates is our awareness of how we consciously decide to spend our attention, life and energy.

This day won’t return.
Will you one day wish you directed your life more consciously and didn’t assume you’ve got many more years to go?

What if you only had 12 months left as an example? What boundaries would you put in place? Which would you loosen up a bit and drop your inhibitions around?

Are you giving away your energy scrolling instead of spending time in nature or resting your mind? Do you keep thinking the answers are outside yourself only to realise upon reflection that you’re never truly present, settled and connected with your own deepest joyful truth?

Boundaries on what we focus on are an essential life skill. Without it, life passes us by and we grow older with many regrets. That is a learning of course and we all have a time and place to see this.

If you wish to dive deeper, mind, body and soul, the classes i offer can take you there.

It’s different than how other classes are for i want your empowerment truly, not an eternal follower or someone who thinks i have the answers. I can only remind you on the deepest level to connect with your truth so you can truly own it! I created classes for this, for release and remembering.

I have been on this journey for a long time and include much of what I’ve realised and embody so you can also see if you resonate and if it reminds you of your truth within.

You are your own divine teacher.

I believe unless a ‘teacher’ has this true intention and teaches with pure joy, they are in some way holding you back. When spirituality and guru concepts have mixed with income/main survival or status /identity, it creates corruption within a pure art form. The soul and heart essence is not leading.

This is why I hold classes and retreats only from my complete heart and without promotion.
