Wishing you a wonderful new year in which your deepest soul wishes may come true … your deepest self, which I refer to here is the aspect of your being in union with life itself, with love, oneness, god … your joyful soulful self, which is beyond words, this which is your essence as pure divinity, already perfect and whole, pure consciousness itself .. dancing in this embodiment … in this moment of now.
You are that infinite lightplay, just like the fireworks … let yourself bloom and expand creatively and shine fully … over and over … sparkle freely … as pure expression of life itself … this includes your stillness … be still … be alive … express … all of it ..
In this moment of now is all. Let’s pause and really feel it.
Here is the breath, and within it is the presence, stillness .. and this is your natural state, the state beyond personality and duality and stress or desire… it is full of incredible peace… it is within each of us … right now. This is pure intelligence itself …
Celebrate it. In this moment by loving that which you are, right now, as you, exactly as it appears… love this expression of you, right now, unconditionally. Feel the perfection of what appears unique and perhaps imperfect to a programmed mind … let’s let go of these programmings, now, to our capacity, by opening up to the stillness here and now … each breath … and the gap between each inhale and exhale ……

Feeling deep stillness envelop this moment …. writing happens by itself from a place of natural ease … deep gratitude for each breath, right now … for each perception … and for the truth of the deep presence within from which it all arises .. in a most sublime dance …
Wishing you divine grace to see your own divinity .. in your own perfect timing … as it always happens … it is all here … right now … (words can create great mental acrobatics around that which is pure simplicity 😉 ).

P.S. As for me, as ‘Sabine’ .. over the little ‘break’ from classes, I enjoyed deep meditation and yoga in bed and on my porch, a fast for a few days and deeper surrender … lots of breath of fire, shoulder stands, and stretch pose … lots of spontaneous meditation, letting it happen, as there was less ‘to do’ … more letting go, deeper trust in all of life as a pulsing expression of perfect, playful, loving consciousness.. divine dancing, beach walks, pure being with my beloved and with my children … and I can assure you from my direct experience ( and also of what the ancient Yogis and Echkhart Tolle, Mooji, Byron Katie and many more speak of so pasionately: it is bliss … it is truth … it is what we are looking for: all is within. Now.) .. yes! As always, I will say it: It is totally worth it… totally … utterly!!! Surrender into you …. The inner connection becoming deeper is the only way to true peace, realisation, presence and seeing the world and life itself for its magnificent, creative divinity. From here onwards you can offer your loved ones a love that is truly serving them, truly honouring them… truly an incredible meeting …
Without that inner connection, the mind and ego perceive and rule, and this is very limited … still divine and beautiful. But limited.
Oceans of infinite light are within, are YOU! …connect within and see the outer world reflect it to you in splendorous fireworks of infinite lightplay .. exploding and dancing … |
