- a light filled meditation practise for self healing
- a gong bath (sound bath to balance the nervous system and release tensions) and
- deep relaxation.
A wonderful treat!
So feel joyfully invited to join us for a blissful afternoon of Kundalini yoga plus to raise funds and awareness for brain cancer as a large community ~ the energy in the room will be incredible, powerful, healing!!
Treat your body and mind to a relaxing and awakening yoga session which will be totally dedicated to those fighting brain cancer, their loved ones and those lost to the disease but not forgotten. All proceeds will go to the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation to help in their much needed mission: to accelerate new treatments to brain cancer patients and increase five-year survival to 50% within 10 years.
The yoga session will be run by certified Kundalini yoga teacher, Sabine Abnashjot Toh, of Kundalini Studio.
You do not need any previous yoga experience for the session, it will be a gentle yoga class, suitable for all ages.
More so, it will be a magical session to bring awareness to the miracle of life, where we can join together to put out positive energy and healing and help raise the profile for brain cancer.
A beautiful and inspiring person in our life, a brain cancer survivor, with an amazing zest for life has inspired this event. She regularly practices Kundalini yoga as a way to keep herself balanced, happy and motivated.
